NOTE: If you are purchasing an ATA case part for replacement, due to the constant change in raw material available and used, improvements in design, etc., parts may differ from various production runs such as logos and sizes. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering to ensure the proper parts are shipped to match your specific product. Please do not substitute your intended parts with parts from other products. When in doubt, please e-mail us at email@example.com. Damaged, missing, or mis-shipped parts must be reported by e-mail within 7 days of delivery. All packages will be shipped with “signature required” service for package release.

Order Processing and Inquiry Response Time
We process orders and reply to e-mails every Tuesday and Thursday. We try our best to fulfill every order as soon as possible. However, some parts may be limited in quantity and therefore back-ordering could occur.
A tracking number will be sent to you when the order is ready to be shipped out. Afterward, we have no control on how long the package would take to be delivered.
